I have always loved and recommended Genesis Framework for building websites. It has been my go to tool for starting any new project.

Here is a Free Plugin- Awesome ShortCode For Genesis, which allows you to add some much-needed functionality to your blog. I always install this along with the Genesis Framework on any of my projects including this blog.
What Can It Do For You?
There are multiple shortcodes are available with this plugin which can be easily accessed from the WordPress editor. These add the much-needed functionality to your Genesis installation.
This plugin adds custom box layout with multiple colors. This plugin supports multiple kinds of boxes like a box with header, expandable boxes etc.

You can easily add a youtube video with the supported Schema.org tags. The video will be responsive and will display correctly on Mobile, Tablet or Desktop. You can check the example video below, it has been added with Awesome ShortCode for Genesis.
This plugin also allows you to add some custom buttons. You can define the link URL, link rel attribute and other characteristics. Just enter the button details and let the plugin add a colorful button on your site. You can check the Download Now button at the bottom of the page, it is created by this plugin only.

You can also add column layout with this plugin, it supports two, three, four and six column layout. Genesis comes by default with those shortcodes but it was hard to enter them in the post without remembering these shortcodes. This plugin integrates those shortcodes and makes it easy to use it in your post.

Currently this plugin only supports RaffleCopter and Punchtab, other services will be added later on.
